Product Manager
I joined the team early in the product’s life and got to build some really cool things.
One of the first things I worked on was an automation system for buyer RFQ digitization — reading RFQs, making sense of unstructured inputs using LLM backends, and extracting structured information using ML models. Instead of manual effort, the system understands and routes enquiries intelligently.
We also integrated with Meta to bring buyer journeys into WhatsApp — a reimagination of how e-commerce should work in a B2B world. Conversational on the surface, highly automated underneath.
I worked on building a highly automated and intelligent Product Information Management (PIM) system, custom-built for the complexities of B2B commerce. Here, a “product” is not just a SKU — it can be a list of approved brands. An “attribute” is not decorative — it’s a technical specification that can make or break a deal. The system was designed to understand and operate within that reality.
I also went deep into understanding how Tenders and RERA function, and helped build structured ingestion systems to create a strong top-of-funnel pipeline for the sales team.
More than anything, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a talented team of collaborators who move at the speed of light, building 0–1 systems in an industry that is still being digitized.

Product Growth
Joining Disney+ Hotstar was an absolute dream for me. Being in a seat where even small product changes could influence how millions of people discover and consume content was exhilarating. Growing an already established market leader in India was an exciting challenge.
A/B testing quickly became my thing. I found myself diving deep into data — not just dashboards, but patterns. These data points became signals for customer pain points. From there, I would form hypotheses, design product solutions to address them, and then test, measure, and iterate. That cycle — observe, hypothesize, build, test — became how I created value for the team.
Over time, I developed a strong understanding of recommendation engines, content merchandising, GTM plans, user cohort analysis, and behavioral profiling. Working on one of the most loved OTT platforms in India gave me exposure to scale, speed, and the responsibility that comes with it.
Hotstar taught me empathy for users, respect for data, and the creative discipline required to solve user problems through product thinking.
ICICI Bank
Management Trainee
At ICICI Bank, I worked on evaluating investment opportunities within the InvIT and REIT ecosystem. I analysed 75+ companies across multiple asset classes using financial and regulatory frameworks to identify long-term capital allocation opportunities. I contributed to building an InvIT investment portfolio managing assets worth INR 229 billion and evaluated a broader INR 1,300+ billion market to support strategic investment decisions.

At Maps Global Constructions, I coordinated across structural and architectural teams to deliver project drawings and execution plans. I managed cost estimations for large-scale bids, negotiated supplier contracts to secure material cost savings, and redesigned structural components to recover project delays — building a strong foundation in operations, execution, and stakeholder management early in my career.
